JOE NORTON Joe Norton is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in construction, energy management, industrial health and safety, and remediation. As President of Norcon Environmental, Joe has 25 years experience in environmental investigations and contracting. Expert in the field of indoor air quality. Joe is trained in Hazardous Materials Emergency Response, as well as Air Sampling for Hazardous Materials through the NJDEP and USEPA: Assessing & Controlling Microbial Contamination in Buildings , Cook College, Rutgers University, June 2005 Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor, Indoor Air Quality Council, 2007 NJ State Police, Office of Emergency Management, NJ Certified Hazardous Material Technician, competent in Confined Space Entry, 80 hr.; 9/92. USEPA Air Surveillance for Hazardous Materials, (cert. 165.4) 24 hrs; 12/91. USEPA Hazardous Materials Incident Response Operations (cert. 165.5) 40 hrs; 8/91.
