Initial Assessment and Consultation – EMS will perform a on site survey of the building structure, as well as the heating venting and air conditioning (HVAC) system, in order to determine the potential for mold. Testing – EMS can provide a testing program to meet your needs and budget, including sampling of indoor air and or surfaces for moisture and molds. We provide a full comprehensive written report. Remediation - After a thorough on-site survey, we will provide you with an in depth analysis on the extent of contamination as well as a detailed scope of work for the mold removal procedures. Each project involving mold is unique and always customized for each individual job. Restoration – When requested by the customer, full restoration services can be provided by a qualified construction affiliate. |
